We Build Landmarks

Landmark Builders create award-winning spaces for your lifestyle.

“We Build Landmarks.”  Not a slogan, but a way of life for the passionate members of the Landmark Builders team.  Led by owner John P. Caulfield, Jr., the Landmark Builders crew takes pride in their ability to listen, understand and create unique spaces for their clients to enjoy.

From the founding of Landmark Builders in 1997, their guiding principle has been to create the perfect client journey…through a positive life experience, when building a home. This mission drives them to tackle the most creative and/or challenging architectural and structural projects through a professional, client driven, and detailed business approach. Their extensive experience and systematic pricing method helps clients turn complex design, selection and budget decisions into clear, realistic and attainable showcase homes and renovations.

The journey to your new home begins with a personal consultation where Lankmark Builders meet to discover your vision. During their time together they will answer your questions, discuss the options and provide creative insights based on our 20 years of building experience. Once they understand your vision they will create a road map to ensure your expectations are met or exceeded.

As builders, Landmark Builders are extremely proud to have been recognized for excellence by the Building Industry Association (BIA) and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) – recognition that supports our desire to be “Your Trusted Adviser for custom home builds and renovations” – NARI.

Landmark Builders have spent years continually fine tuning and enhancing the “build process”,  thus enabling their clients to experience a comfortable and fun-filled construction project. If you are interested in building a custom home or considering a renovation, visit www.builtbylandmark.com.
